DONATION PROCEDURES:
We are always happy to donate products or gift certificates for
officially certified non-profit Greyhound groups. We ask your
organization to adhere to the following information when requesting a
donation.
- Give us at least 60 days to process your request. We batch donations
only 6 times annually.
- We will not process a donation request without a copy of the following
approved non-profit information on file. This information can be faxed or
mailed to us.
- 501-c-3 certificate
- IRS Tax number
- Be certain to include your Greyhound group name, physical address (P.O. Box is not acceptable), name of contact, title, telephone number and
date of your event.
- Please include the following information with your request.
a. How many people/hounds will be attending your event?
b. How will our donation be used? (Raffle, Live auction, Silent auction,
other)
c. Would you like us to include "K-9 Designs" flyers with our donation? If
yes - How many?
d. Do you have a gift store or gift website? Typically, what types of
products do you offer for sale.
- We offer wholesale prices on many of our products. Our specialty is
fancy collars. Please advise if you would be interested in our offering
wholesale pricing for your Greyhound Rescue Group.
