Dog Apparel is non-returnable

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Please review following information and measurements carefully. It is important that our dog apparel is comfortable and properly tailored for your dog. We are always available to explain and help with proper sizing. (Dog apparel is non-returnable)
MEASUREMENT GUIDELINE:
We recommend purchasing a “Seamstress type fabric tape rule” when measuring your pet. (If you do not have a seamstress tape; refer below for “Additional Measurement Details”.
SIZING DETAILS:
1) Dog Breed – List breed, male or female”.
2) Weight – Approximate weight.
3) Base of Neck to Start of Tail – Start at the collar bone area and measure to the start of the tail. (The collar bones are located at the base of the neck. (Not where the collar is located) The start of the tail is approximately 1” to 2” in front of the dogs rear-end)
4) Girth - Measure around the dog’s girth approximately 1” to 2” in back of the front legs. (We want the largest part of the dog’s body measurement)
5) Neck & Collar – Measure around the neck just above the base of neck. (Use also for collar sizing)
OPTIONAL SIZING DETAILS:
6) Head – List only if the dog’s head is larger than the neck. (All coats, including collars; must fit over the head)
7) Chest Width – Complete if your dog weighs over 80 lbs. (Measure using a straight line across the chest including the front leg area)
8) Front Legs – Complete if your dog weighs over 80 lbs. (Start at the back of a front leg at the chest area and wrap the tape around the chest to the back of the other front leg.
9) Coat with Snood – List only if your dog has a shorter or longer neck than the average for your breed (Place a tape at the top of the head and measure down to the collar bone area)
10) Dogs with Upright Tails - A V-notch will be tailored for this style of coat.
COAT sizing chart:
We will enter your order based on our average sizing (Small, Medium, Large, and X-large) from the Chart selection below. If your dog does not fall into the average size range; we suggest completing the optional measurements listed above. All coats are “tailored long” to allow complete weather protection over the rear of the dog. (The exception for extra length; is dogs with upright tails)

MEASUREMENT GUIDELINE (Additional Details)
If a seamstress type is not available for measuring, we suggest cutting an approximate 1 inch wide long strip from a newspaper. Make the strip of paper long enough to measure the dog’s length, girth and other measurements, as needed. Mark the appropriate dimensions on the paper strip with a “Sharpie Pen”. Use a regular tape rule for compiling the actual measurements.
