The PetSafe (formerly Premier) "Martingale" Style Dog Collar hardware is solid steel chrome plated. The fabric is a soft ballistic nylon web and extremely durable for everyday wear. The collar is adjustable, will not collect hair and machine wash/dry for easy care.
