In the event the dog is able to aggressively remove the standard Kennel muzzle; the Muzzle Security Strap securely attaches the muzzle to the dog's collar. Fits all K-9 Design Greyhound Kennel muzzles and K-9 Design Basket muzzles for other breeds. It may not fit other manufactured company muzzles. Contract us for other manufacturer recommendations.
Security Strap Installation:
The small security strap loop is attached to the muzzle strap and then wrapped around the collar and then buckled. You may want to cut the excess (trim) off the muzzle strap and security guard strap; once you have the desired sizing. After cutting you may desire to carefully seal the strap cut edges briefly with a "Bic" lighter or match. Do not over-melt the straps. Keep in mind you want to leave muzzle clearance (approx 1") beyond the nose and below the eyes.
