ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING:
Our shipping schedule on stock inventory products is generally 4 - 5 business days (M-F) after receipt of order.  Custom orders (Designer collars, coats, beds & embroidery products) are normally shipped within 7 - 10 business days.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES:
USA shipments are delivered within 2 - 5 business days after our posted shipping schedule.  Export shipments are delivered within 5 – 10 business days.

We ask if you require a Rush Order; that you post this information (date needed, etc) in the "Comments" box when placing an order. We will make every effort to comply with your request and will notify you regarding any delay.

USPS Priority mail 2 to 3 business day’s delivery after shipment. At our option; we may ship via First Class, FedEx, or UPS. Large bulky items normally shipped FedEx or UPS Ground. Ground shipments are normally 3 to 5 business days.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Request for a merchandise return is subject to standard non-custom items in our inventory. Items that are custom made, such as; collars, leashes, coats, beds, mats and discontinued sale merchandise, are non-returnable (EXCEPTION: Designer Collars in Medium size only may be exchanged - see Collar Returns, Exchanges and Warranty).  A return may only be considered if the item is presumed defective or made wrong.
 
We will issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) when we are notified within 10 days after the original shipment. Items shall be returned for inspection and will only be acceptable for up to 15 days after the issuance date of our RMA.
 
We will gladly exchange (in-stock/standard) merchandise, or issue a Credit Memo (no cash/credit card) for something of equal or higher dollar value. This offer will be good for a period of 90 days after the RMA is issued. An acceptable return will be charged with a 10% handling and restocking charge. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We will issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) when we are notified within 10 days after the original shipment.  Items to be exchanged will be acceptable for up to 15 days after the issuance date of our RMA.  Buyer will be pay shipping on exchanged merchandise.
 
A replacement new order or credit memo must be used within 90 days after the original date of the RMA.  Returns must be in saleable condition and have the original product tags (if applicable) attached and in the original shipping carton, box or container.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods “lost or mislabeled”.  It is recommended that “return merchandise” include a tracking number or be covered with insurance on the package.

 

 

COLLAR RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Designer Collars in Medium size only may be exchanged with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for an equal or higher value collar within 10 days after the shipping post date.  All other collar sizes or custom order styles and trims are non-returnable.  Collars must be in new and saleable condition. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. In certain situations; we may assess a return handling charge.  We will not except any return without a completed RMA.  All export orders are non-returnable.

 

 

LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

We ship all products with order tracking numbers. We make every effort to be certain that the shipping information is as you ordered. We cannot however, be responsible for lost or missing shipments, if our tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the specified address as ordered. We will offer you proof of delivery upon request.


 
POLICY STATEMENT - PRODUCT INFORMATION OR PRICE ERRORS

We make every effort to accurately publish pricing and description of all products listed in our web catalog.  A price error or possible erroneous product information (beyond our control) may occasionally happen.  In the event we have posted a wrong price, or the item description is not clear; it is our policy to provide you with corrected order entry information.  We will ask you to review the corrected information prior to our shipping any merchandise.  You have the option to review and accept or cancel your order with full refund.
